Hondo Valley Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and energetic Head Varsity Volleyball Coach with possible teaching to lead our program, develop student-athletes, and foster a positive, competitive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead practices, manage game strategies, and oversee all levels of the volleyball program.
• Teach fundamentals, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and eligibility.
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and equipment with the Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Valid New Mexico coaching license (or ability to obtain one immediatley).
• Prior volleyball coaching or playing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.
• Current CPR/First Aid and NMAA certifications (or willingness to obtain).
