Job Description:
We are searching for an high school Enlish Language Arts teacher to join our talented team at Animas High School, the Home of the Panthers! We encourage any dynamic educator with an ELA, math, science, or social studies endorsement to apply. We are, especially, looking for an individual with the ability to remain flexible to the needs of a small school district, and shares the Team Panther philosophy: We're not here to be average. Animas High School has implemented an innovative early college program in rural New Mexico, complete with work study, leadership, and outdoor adventure opportunities incorporated into our programming. We are a small school district in a rural, agriculturally based community, located within a two-hour drive of both Las Cruces, NM and Tucson, AZ. We have a very strong staff, respectful students and strong parent/community involvement. Additional benefits include: a four-day school week, available low cost on-campus employee housing, and higher than average salaries.
The successful candidate(s) must complete any-and-all endorsements/background checks.
