Job Description:
We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our talented team at Animas Public Schools, the Home of the Panthers! We are especially looking for an individual with the ability to remain flexible to the needs of a small school district, and shares the Team Panther philosophy: We're not here to be average. We're here to be awesome! Responsibilities include assisting general and SPED classroom teachers and students. Bilingual preferred.
We are a small school district in a rural, agriculturally based community, located within a two-hour drive of both Las Cruces, NM and Tucson, AZ. We have a very strong staff, respectful students and strong parent/community involvement. Additional benefits include: a four-day school week, available low cost on-campus employee housing, and higher than average salaries.
The successful candidate(s) must complete any-and-all endorsements/background checks, including but not limited to a high school diploma or equivalent, NMPED Educational Assistant Licensure (or equivalent), and complete a background check.
