Notice of Vacancy
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Behavioral health providers will help students who are experiencing stress, depression, substance abuse, family trouble, or other behavioral health issues. Specific services include primary prevention, individual and family assessment, treatment and referral, and group counseling. Behavioral health providers can be an LMHC, LMSW, LISW, LCSW, LPCC, child psychiatrist, or psychologist. This position is a grant funded position through United Way that will end June 30, 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, or directly related field.
- A valid/current license with the New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) as a Social Worker or Counselor or Behavioral Health Provider.
- A valid/current New Mexico Regulations and Licensing Department License as per licensure board
- Work experience that is appropriate for this setting.
- Willingness to travel between schools in REC6.
- Successful applicant will be required to successfully complete a background check.
