"JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Prior coaching experience as cheer coach in a school setting preferred.
* Knowledge and experience of cheerleading and stunting techniques, strong communication and organization skills required.
* Ability to plan and implement a program of developmental activities and competitive performances for a school cheerleading program.
* Ability to involve and communicate with parents and participants.
* Be eligible to hold First Aid certificate
* Must be or eligilbe to become licensed, meeting NMAA and PED requirements, including passing a comprehensive background check.
