SUMMARY OF POSITION
Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and organizational policies. This role is critical to ensuring that our operations comply with PED regulations, internal standards and best practices. Development, auditing and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, compliance and alignment with Grants Cibola County Schools organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Quality Assurance:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and organizational policies. This role is critical to ensuring that our operations comply with PED regulations, internal standards and best practices. Development, auditing and continuous improvement of processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, compliance and alignment with Grants Cibola County Schools organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) program that ensures operational excellence and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control procedures and performance metrics across the GCCS district.
- Conduct audits, inspections and assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and GCCS organizational standards.
- Analyze data from quality inspections and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead training sessions to promote quality awareness and adherence to standards across the GCCS district.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA and policy management strategies with organtional goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to quality assurance and policy adherence.
- Develop, review and maintain GCCS policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures in collaboration with relevant staff.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are clearly documented, accessible and regularly updated to reflect current practices and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align policies and procedures with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies and recommend updates or changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- EDUCATION
- Degree
- Experience in leu of degree
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5years’ experience in quality assurance, compliance or policy development and management.
- Demonstrated experience leading QA initiatives and developing policies and procedures within an organization.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, auditing processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Strong leadership, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
