Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to BIE, DODE, and New Mexico state standards.
- Use data to monitor student progress, guide instruction, and implement effective interventions.
- Maintain strong classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with families to support student success.
- Adhere to IEP, 504, and SAT requirements and comply with school policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
- Support cultural events and extracurricular activities that enhance the school community.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree
- Valid/current (or ability to obtain) New Mexico teaching license K-8
- Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications, aligned with the school’s salary scale.
