SPECIAL EDUCATION DIRECTOR
Bernalillo Public Schools is seeking a skilled Administrator for the position of Director of Special Education and Health Services to direct our special Education, Nursing, and Spartan Wellness programs.
Qualifications:
? Possess or be eligible for an Administrative License
? Extensive experience in the fields of Special Education and in related health services
? Proven record of success in organizing services in a multicultural environment
? Thorough knowledge of Special Education laws and of regulations for Medicaid providers
? Understanding of state funding, staffing and requirements for data management
? Excellent skills in communication and in building productive partnerships with staff and
community
? Highly proficient in implementing and managing programs.
